Mr. Vujnovic is President of Trautman Associates and serves as Principal-in-Charge on many of the firm's projects.  With 36 years of architectural experience, he has performed professional services for a variety of projects including educational, governmental, commercial, institutional, and religious facilities.  Mr. Vujnovic has served on the Board of Directors at the Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart for a nine-year term as the Buildings and Grounds Committee Chair, and as a member of the Strategic Planning Committee.  Mr. Vujnovic continues to serve on the Building and Grounds committee for the Sisters of St. Francis at Stella Niagara.

Mr. Stelianou serves as Civil / Structural group leader and is responsible for civil / structural engineering design and contract document preparation for many of the firm’s projects. He has 31 years of experience in civil / structural engineering design and production. Mr. Stelianou has provided professional services for a variety of client types, including governmental, educational, industrial, and commercial clients.

Mr. Gehring has represented Trautman Associates as a project manager and Principal-in-Charge of schools for the past 27 of his 34-year career. His ability to work with administrators, teachers, facilities, Boards of Education, and his architectural / engineering staff has been a valuable asset to numerous local school districts. Mr. Gehring’s considerable expertise with the State Education Department (SED) process has allowed him to act as an administrativie advisor to superintendents, business managers and finance directors.  Mr. Gehring has successfully maximized state aid on several challenging renovation projects and his knowledge and expertise has benefited many school district projects.

Mr. Daly has nearly 24 years of experience in the engineering / construction industry and has worked on numerous projects throughout the United States.  He has performed design and management services for several nationally recognized “green building” projects.  His involvement with the U.S. Green Building Council and his role as an advocate of sustainable design practices, technologies, policies, and standards makes him a valuable, knowledgeable resource.  Mr. Daly is also a LEED Accredited Professional.

Mr. Rumpl is a principal and project manager with Trautman Associates where he has 25 years of professional experience in capital improvement and renovation projects.  He has performed architectural programming, design, production, and project administration services for a variety of projects including governmental, institutional, educational, and commercial facilities.

Mr. Radwan has 27 years of professional experience and has been a registered architect for 18 years.  His experience includes governmental, industrial, religious, and corporate design, fitness facilities, general commercial, and retail design.  His extensive knowledge of the New York State Building Code is exceptional.

Mr. Rider has 15 years of professional experience.  He has successfully worked with clients on a wide variety of projects; including new buildings, extensive reconstructions and various planning tasks.  As a primary client contact, his specific responsibilities include project management, space planning, design and detailing, document production, and field supervision.

Mr. Fick is a structural / civil engineer who has performed professional services for various project types including educational, governmental, industrial, and commercial clients. He is responsible for civil/site and structural engineering design, preparation of contract documents, and management of construction projects. His expertise in the design of steel and concrete structures makes him a valuable resource.

Mr. Jones has more than 50 years experience in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and for many years was the Owner/President of Jones Engineering.  In 2009 Gary merged his firm with Trautman Associates and brought his team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to augment Trautman Associates’ Engineering Department. He is registered to practice engineering in seven states and his wealth of experience makes him a valuable and important addition to our firm.

Mr. Stievater, former President of Trautman Associates, now serves as Architectural Consultant to the firm.  He has 46 years of experience in the field of architecture and has performed professional services for a variety of projects including educational, governmental, industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities.

Mr. MacDonald is a registered architect and an associate in the firm with more than 50 years of experience.  He is the firm’s lead project manager specializing in renovating and revitalizing existing structures throughout Western New York, in addition to programming and space needs studies.  From conceptual design through successful construction, he has the ability to resolve complex problems by redefining them into simple, logical terms.

Mr. Vaillancourt has nearly 10 years of architectural experience and has considerable experience in residential and commercial architectural design.  Mr. Vaillancourt is an active contributor to our educational design team, in addition to work completed for commercial clients. He has performed architectural programming, design, construction administration, and feasibility studies.
